Hello, my name is Brittany and I am a writer from southern California who finds joy in placing words upon a page, so here is where you will find those meanderings.
I am married to the love of my life, Jacob, and have a slight obsession with our two pups, Mister Charlie and Mister Goose.
I’ve got a severe sense of wanderlust and believe we should take every opportunity we can to go experience new places and adventures. I love craft beer, hole-in-the-wall restaurants, starting my mornings with coffee and puppy cuddles, and I’m an amateur yogi so you might see a few posts with me standing on my head and what not.
In 2013 I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with my Bachelor’s in Communication, Journalism. I was heavily involved with the university newspaper there, The Poly Post, where I found a passion for telling stories through words and photographs. After finishing my undergrad, I launched my career in the world of public information for a local municipality, where I oversee creation and distribution of all outgoing communication from press releases to social media. In 2016, I completed my Master’s in Organizational Leadership at CBU, and now that that is finished, I once again have the time to write for me!
